COUNSELING FEES

Individual Counseling Fee: $150-$160 per session 

INSURANCE FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY

In-network with:

  • BlueCross BlueShield PPO
  • Blue Choice
  • United Healthcare
  • Lyra Health

Insurance covers psychotherapy visits, and it is wellness oriented. Billing insurance requires a diagnosis on the claim.  If you have insurance other than BCBS, you can use  your out of network benefits. Most clients get reimbursed 50-80% of the counseling fee.

 

PAYMENT

Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service. 

You may use a Health Savings or Flex Spending Account to cover all or part of your session costs.

SESION INFO

Sessions are typically 50-55 min long.

Telehealth Counseling via a secure video platform is also available.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEE

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
